I already sent it to berkeley, but can I cancel my ap score for future ap score sendings?</p>

<p>Your legal name, mailing address, sex, and birth date Your AP number for the 2008 AP Exam administration The name of the exam(s) of the grade(s) to be canceled Your signature (required) Grades may be canceled at any time, but we must receive your signed request by June 15 if you want your 2008 grades canceled before they are released to you, your designated college (if any), and your high school. You cannot cancel your grades by email or phone. Once you cancel a grade, it is permanently deleted from your record."</p>
