So here's the problem. I just took the SAT IIs again. I got:

Literature-480.
World History-600.
Math 2-800.

Yeah, big problem lol.

You see, I had strep throat that weekend (I didn't discover until a little later that week). But I ended up going with a 103 fever and the cold medicine I had taken knocked me out during the first test (Literature), with only about 1/3 of the test done. When I woke up I just did what I could, but I was only able to answer about 3 more questions by the time it was done. Pretty much the same thing with the next one, World History. Although that one I managed to get most of it done. By the time math came around I was pretty awake and managed to get the 800 lol.

Is there any way to cancel the first one at least?

Nope, but if you retake on a different date, you'll definitely improve, and colleges won't care about the first try (they'll understand that crappy circumstances do exist.) I'm not sure if it would be advisable or not to write a note explaining those circumstances; I don't know if a bad first try is important enough to warrant that.

I'm assuming you have enough testing dates left to retake subj. tests, right?

^^ Well, I will already have a letter attached to my transcript because it was finals week and I was in the ER for two days and missed finals. So maybe my counselor can add that it was the same week.

Thanks though =].

Yes, I will be retaking first thing in September. I will be a senior so I have to move mighty quick lol.

is the test offered in september? I did badly on one of my subjects and I don't know if I can retake it because I want to take the SAT in October

if you mean cancel the actual score like erasing it permanently then that's only possible if you fax/send a letter to collegeboard telling them you want to right after you take the actual test
if you knew you did horribly on them...you should've cancelled the scores
