Can you chance me please?

Hi guys, so I have been reading discussions like these for months and wanted to join, so can you please chance me for top schools like Columbia, UPenn, Harvard, JHU etc.
I am an international student from Turkey (dual citizenship from USA and Turkey), however I am not from major cities and know for a fact that only one student from my city has gone to an American university, which is Georgetown.
My school does not rank, however my GPA is 90/100, I am taking the most rigorous science curriculum and I am in the top 1%.
I know that my recommendation letters are stellar, from my biology, english and chemistry teachers, stating that they were honored to have me as a student (which I know sounds pompous when I say it)
I have started studying for the SAT’s this july, and got a diagnostic test and scored 1520, however my december result went up to 2160,(I should add I am a senior) and I am sure I will get over 2250 in january SAT (most of the questions I got wrong in december were easy ones, hence careless mistakes)
I believe that my essays were pretty good, since I described that I am coming from a line of doctors, my father is an organ transplant surgeon, I have been watching his surgeries for a long time, and have grown up basically in hospitals and how this affected me. Also, since no school really knows my city, I described my small community, really close friendships and how they affected me etc.
My extracurriculars go as following:
1.Project leader for organ donation campaign (11th and 12th grade)
2.Production team member of a documentary (this was big and won many awards)
3.MUN Club President (9,10,11)
4.Girls Basketball Team Member and Captain (9,10)
5.Worked for the ‘Association for Supporting Education’ helped organizing campaigns to support the education of girls from low-income families. (9,10,11)
6.Volunteered in the local nursing home for the elderly. (9,10,11)
7.Airport Employee (last summer)

SAT Subject tests:
SAT Math level 2:770
SAT Math level 1:760
SAT Biology:750

To sum up, overall in my application I tried to show that I am not a statistic, and tried to make a well-rounded profile. My top choices for school are Columbia, Brown, JHU, Upenn. I just added Harvard to see if I would be considered.
Thank you.

well hopefully not getting a response doesn’t mean I am not eligible, lol

You need to keep in mind that IVY’s are a crap shoot. Especially for Internationals. And while your SAT school is good, a 2300+ is probably a lot better. And I don’t know what your GPA comes to, but it might be around a 3.5, which is somewhat low. I think you need to find a number of safeties (NYU or UCLA, maybe USC or Northwestern? Lafayette too).

Good luck!

Cornell-Slight Reach
The other Ivies are reach/high reaches.

MaddyDUMW I think northwestern is kind of a high match, and my school’s system is different since our exams are really hard and I am actually in the 1% in schools. However I am worried that my SAT can obstruct my chances, so do you think it will hurt my apps much? (I am taking it in Jan as well)
