Is there any place on Gibson on line to make sure that AP credits were actually given? My D put down Tulane when she took her AP's but I want to double check to make sure her credits show up. Thanks.

Any courses she got credit for should already be on her transcript, which you can view through Gibson.

I put down Tulane for mine and they aren’t on the transcript.

They might only be on the transcript if you are getting credit for them. At my sons school, if you didn’t get a 5, you received no credit for it.

I received an email from my academic advisor today telling me which AP scores he has received and which courses I’m getting credit for.

If they don’t show up on your transcript, you may have to contact the woman responsible for getting them there. I went through this last year after my son ran around between the registrar and his advisor trying to figure out why they weren’t showing up. i finally called the AP people and I was told there is only one person at Tulane who they are authorized to send the information to. Once I had a name, email and phone number, I was able to make some headway. I was concerned because it was time to register for the second semester and it does make a difference as to your priority time in registering. The woman told me that it would not make a difference but she was incorrect. As soon as she added the credits, my son’s time for registration moved up. Here is the contact info for the person:
