Hi everyone! I'm a junior who recently visited Tulane and fell in love.
AP week starts Monday and I've been sick this whole week, only starting to recover. Such bad timing, I know, lol. I've tried my best to study but I'm most likely not going to do well, as I know I'm someone who needs to study. Assuming I get two 2's (in combination with the 3 and 4 I got last year) would it be in my best interest to not send in any AP scores on my application at all? Some of my cousins who have been through the college process said there's no need to send in AP scores at all, until you've already committed (to be considered for receiving college credit). Is this true? Could I just not mention any AP scores on my applications, (most importantly, Tulane's SCEA app?) Would this be a red flag to not send in scores, or is it acceptable? Thanks for your help :)

My suggestion is to not send the scores before receiving them. You may be worried about nothing, people are constantly surprised at how the do on these tests. Once you see your actual scores, come back and ask for advice then, if it is still needed.

Thanks for the input. I definitely chose to not send them before I got the grades. However, my main concern is what to do with the grades after I receive them (assuming i do badly). But I will deal with that when the time comes

Right. Why go through a lot of stratagizing if it becomes unneeded? Hope you did better than you think!
