<p>How did that happen? If he went in as a chemical engineering major, shouldn’t he have just followed the recommended course plan for the major (though possibly starting in more advanced courses if he had AP credit) in order to avoid falling behind on prerequisite sequences? Or did he change from some other major to chemical engineering later?</p>
