<p>You can, but in my experience its not very likely you’ll get in. I have a friend in CC he’s been trying 3 years now to get into USC and UCLA hes got a 3.8 GPA and they’ve rejected him every time. Transferring is very difficult so short answer is Yes but it will take tons of time and effort.</p>

<p>I don’t know if its really that hard or if my friend is a unique case, I just know if you plan on doing the cc to uc/csu route prepare to work you but off.</p>
