<p>Can you double major in English/Literature Education as well as pursue a degree in Dramatic Writing from Tisch? I researched this a little, but the guidelines were a little confusing.</p>
<p>I don’t think you can double major with education because it is such a credit and time intensive major</p>
<p>Umm with education I am not sure if regular guidelines would change, but if you are double majoring with something in the college of Arts and Sciences, any other school can house a double major. I would contact the admissions office to be sure. Good luck

<p>English literature/ education is in itself similar to a double major. I doubt you could major in it along with completing a degree in dramatic literature in 4 years. If it requires you to go for more than 8 semesters, I would look into a masters degree program instead that could certify you in teaching English. You may be able to get a BFA and MA in about 5 years.</p>
