Hello guys I'm new here and want some opinions for my schedule for next year. I'm going into my junior with a weighted gpa of 5.2 and an unweighted of 3.9 (which I'm really ****ed about). I've taken 2 AP classes already, AP Human ( I got a 4) and AP World which I'm still waiting for my scores for. Here's my schedule-

French 3 honors ( I want to go all the way to AP French and maybe take AP Spanish my senior year also since I'm a native speaker)
Finance, I go to a magnet school and this is my academy class
AP Calculus AB
AP Psychology
AP Lang
AP US History
AP Physics

Please give me your opinions about this schedule and maybe tell me how to get my rank up since currently I'm ranked number 3 in my class.

It looks fine?

Why?

Continue to get straight As and hope that your competition doesn’t. Short of sabotage, that’s all you can do.

@ halcyonheather b/c it seems rlyly important here. Plus its not a 4.0 b/c of some B’s I got in middle school, I had health problems and missed ALOT of school.

how can you possibly have a weighted gpa of 5.2 with 2 ap classes??.. I’ve taken 6 and have never gotten a B and have a 4.2…

Also, class rank really doesnt matter much as long as you’re in the top 10% (for the college’s statistics to look good)

Your schedule might be a little difficult, but I think it looks great and it will look definitely rigorous enough for any college

Thanks guys. About my GPA I srsly don’t know why. I have two friends who both have 4.0 unweighted but I have a higher weighted and I don’t know how. I took some highschool courses in middle school but I don’t think that’s the reason.
