Thanks

Wow. You have some amazing grades and scores there. I would recommend you apply to one or two Ivies, as maybe low reaches. Even though you have a slightly better chance at Berkeley, I would still say it’s kind of a reach.
I would say that Duke, Amherst, NYU and Northwestern are some good matches.
As for safeties, you have a wealth of choices, like Syracuse or USC.
With your GPA and SAT scores, you can afford to be selective. Why don’t you narrow down your choices, by deciding what type of a college and setting you want? That will probably make your life a lot easier, if you haven’t done it already.
As far is financial aid is concerned, you have a small problem. Aid for internationals is somewhat rare, and is never a substantial amount. 10-12 thousand is often 1/5th the cost at many privates nowadays. USC does offer international aid, why don’t you go check out their website? Sadly USC is the only reputed college I know that provides financial aid. Having said that, there are many good public colleges with lower fees, like UNC. You would still have to take out loans, maybe work and get some other funding to pay for UNC too. Sorry if it sounds discouraging, but ignore the colleges I have listed if you won’t be able to pay 35-50k a year.
And by the way, I think you should post your intended major. If you don’t, people will just keep on giving you random lists of colleges. Like I have. :P
