I'm a junior in high school right now, and I'm trying to be proactive as to what colleges I'd like to look at/apply to. I'm going to major in Biology or Psychology (I have a strong affinity to both). My SAT scores were in the 1800 range last time I took a practice test, and that was with a ~500 in math (I've since raised that and plan on getting a tutor for math to get above 2100). I scored well on the ACT with a 30 composite. My freshman year GPA has haunted me for a while now with a cumulative of 1.6, really dragging down my 4-year cumulative over all. I expect to have a pretty fair GPA by the time senior year ends (should be above 3.5 UW easily). I'm currently taking AP Bio, AP Language, and AP Economy; planning on taking AP Psych, AP Gov, AP Chem and a couple others senior year. I was wondering what colleges might take me (like the title says, if you could recommend some safeties, matches, or reaches; that would be very helpful).
Financial aid would be a major factor since my mother is self employed and probably won't be paying for a lot of my tuition. Also, I'm located on the West coast (Oregon).

Thanks for the help!
