Can you guys suggest some schools?

I'm an Asian first generation male with a 3.6 weighted gpa. I go to a top 100 school in California, and have one of the toughest courseloads in my class.
SAT 1- 680 CR
600-M
610-W
SAT 2- Literature-600
US History-630
I plan on taking the SAT 1 again, with hopes of a 2000 or above.
ECS
MUN
4 years varsity tennis
9 years piano
1st degree black belt in tae kwon do
National Honor Society
Some of the schools I was considering are NYU, UCSD, UCSB, UCI, UCR, Penn. State(University Park) Can you guys recommend some others?

What’s your major?

Your stats line up with the second page of USNWR rankings for Natinal Uni’s and LAC’s (with those on the first page as reaches)

Take a look at the Patriot League: Colgate, Bucknell, Lehigh, Holy Cross, etc

[The Patriot League - Official Athletic Site](http://www.patriotleague.org)

yeah, thanks for the suggestions, ill look them up. my major is business, possibly accounting or finance, with the intentions to go to law school.

Indiana or Illinois

Considering you’re from California, I’d cross out applying to any out of state public schools, especially if you plan on returning back to Cali upon graduation(unless of course your parents are wealthy and can afford to pay for additional costs with out of pocket money-not loans). UC’s can’t be beat with in state tuition, even if they don’t offer business as major. Many think that a “business” degree at the undergrad level is necessary, but Econ is always a great if not better alternative than “business.” Econ majors also tend to do really well on the LSATs.

If I were you I’d specifically ask yourself what your plans are upon graduation. If you plan on immediately entering law school, location of school might not matter. But if you plan on employment, ask yourself were you want to work. Do you want to work in california, new york, etc?

I think your list is decent now. I’d add USC. If you could get into NYU(i imagine stern) you’d be able to get into USC Marshall.

alright thanks, im gonna add usc to my list for colleges. It’s probably a reach with my GPA, but it’s worth a try.

bumppp please

bump i really need help guys
