Can you help out a lost international?

So I have this list of schools and I need to narrow it down:
- Elon University (I got interviewed for this one and the counselor loved me, so I feel like that may up my chances? She emails me non-stop ever since.)
-Wartburg College
- American University of Cairo
- St. Louis University (Madrid Campus)
- High Point University
- Drury University
- Florida Southern College
- Webster University
- Lehigh University
- American University of Rome
- American University of Paris
- Lake Erie College
- Northland College
- Bryn Mawr College
- Beloit College
- Campbell University
- Gettysburg College
- Lafayette College
- Southern Arkansas University
- St. Olaf University
- Lindenwood University
- Wheaton College
- Lehigh University
- Hampshire College
- Franklin and Marshall College
- Bethany College

So, I'm Latin but go to a school that is all American based. On my TOEFL I scored a 110 iBT, I took my first ACT and got a 26 but I figure that's extremely low so I retook it but still don't have my scores I'm positive it will be above 30. My GPA is probably the worst part of my application because overall it is a 3.3 weighted on a 4.0 scale. I had very high grades both 9th and 10th grade but then because of life I fell into a hardcore depression and this affected me A LOT on my junior year and it threw my GPA to the floor. I have no APs or Honors because there is no such thing in my school (despite being one of the top five in my country it offers nothing good to a student's curriculum...) When it comes to ECs I have over 7 pages of them in my resume, I have done hundreeeeds of things from a fourth language to dance, art (which I have won awards for), debate, model united nations, instruments, ecology club, poetry club, yearbook editor, newspaper editor, and multiple other international organizations. I don't want to sound cocky but I am BIG on volunteer and leadership and I have won several awards for it. I have over 5 awards on leadership, two are recognized worldwide. I also have awards for best goals for the future in a Dale Carnegie Seminar and awards for dance. I won competitions like speeling bees and knowledge bowl contests. and i have also been the first student in my school and country to ever attend an Operation Smile medical mission (look up Opsmile if you don't know what it is, you'll love it!) and i am currently an exclusive member on their leadership council. I have great teacher recommendations and my essay was voted the best one out of my senior class by my college counselor, so I guess it's good?

Anyway just be BRUTALLY HONEST about the schools I listed because I need to narrow it down, consider also I am a student in need of financial aid so yeah...go crazy on the comments? thanks! :)

Oh and I forgot! feel free to suggest any schools tthat you think may be a good fit for me  I’m looking to double major in International Relations and Psychology and minor in Art, don’t know if that helps but oh well :)

What country are you from and are you asking for any financial aid?

Central America! And yes, scholarships and/or financial aid. My parents can contribute a minimum amount to be honest.

Central America is a great place to be from! There are not a tremendous number from your neck of the woods applying to these schools.

You are in that no mans land where no college is a sure bet. Few on your list meet need for domestic applicants, much less internationals. Apply widely and hope one college comes up with the aid you need.

Thanks for the tip!

Anyone else???

Mount Holyoke might be a good option for you. By the way, are you from Honduras?
