Can you link an increase on your SAT score to the amount you spend on private lessons?

Lets say after your first SAT exam you only score 1,470 but need at least 1,500 to get into the uni of your choice. Lets then say you approach the Learning Center in Zurich and they advise you that with their preparation methods plus a cool $3,120 for 26 hours of private coaching at $120 per hour you should score at least another 150 points per subject. Would you say that was a reasonable return on your investment? (This should be one of the SAT questions).

Now what if after the second SAT exam you only score 1,500, i.e. an additional 30 points as opposed to the anticipated 450 points. To what extent does this reflect on their coaching skills and their ability to prepare you for the SAT's? Should they refund your money? Has anyone else dealt with the Learning Center in Zurich and had a similar experience? Would love to hear your comments and feedback.
