Massachusetts Maritime Acadamy
Florida Institute of Technology
Plymouth State University</p>

<p>I know they're not ivy or anything, but if you know anything about these schools, please comment.</p>

<p>I think UMass Amherst is the clear winner here. Florida Tech has a highly respected Oceanography and Marine Biology program. Plus its better weather!</p>
