Can you read your common app letters of reccomendation or not?(before submitting)

<p>I chose 2 teachers and 1 counselor, but for some schools I have to choose a counselour and teacher, thus making me chose which teacher...but I do not know who to pick....can we read them or not?</p>

<p>I’m in the same boat. I waived all my rights to view the letters. I simply asked my counselor to read over each teacher recc and use the “better one” to send to schools that require one.</p>

<p>My counselor said that the right’s waived is only reffering after you applied. Then if you don’t get in or something, you can request that you see the letters. I think (hope) she knows what she’s talking about. That’s why I asked all of my teachers to submit paper versions as well so she could read over them Good Luck!
