<p>Not sure what you are asking. Application fee waiver for the test itself is between you and College Board and depends on circumstances that exist at time you apply for any test (I don’t know what happens to your next application for a test if you cancel). Fee waiver for your application for admission to any particular college is between you and college and is determined at time you apply to college and does not depend on what happened with the College Board and test fee waiver.</p>
<p>If you cancel a test, no college ever learns of that fact or that you even took the test from the College Board and colleges will only learn of it if you feel like telling them.</p>
