I didn’t take Perspectives this year as a Freshmen, nor did I take any religion or philosophy classes. I heard the workload is about 1.5 classes. I’m in CSOM so my Junior and Senior workloads will be heavily quantitative and more difficult. Can I take Perspectives as a junior or senior if I didn’t take it as a freshman?

I would hope that the workload is not that ‘easy’. :)

Perspectives is supposed to fulfill TWO courses, so the workload should be 2x. Regardless, it’s a four-year program.

Look into PULSE, a wonderful program, which covers PL and RL, and even gives you something to add to your resume.

one can register for any of the four perspectives courses offered without opting into the four-year program. i spoke with my advisor about this, as i’m interested in taking one of the courses next fall; she said that whether or not perspectives I is offered to non freshman varies. it has been in the past, but is not guaranteed. hope this helps.
