I am a Canadian student and have heard that most American universities will consider Canadian student's grades higher by several percent and am wondering if this is infact true. Thanks for any help.

I doubt it. They just look at your rank and SAT II score to get a sense of the value of your grades.

They wouldn't automatically just add percents. Like if you have 99%, but you're only ranked in the top 50%, then your school has a lot of grade inflation and your grades will mean less. As well, if you have a 99% in math, but you only scored 600 on the SATs. The quality of your education is looked at unfavorably.

Ok thanks for the info.
