Canadian universities

Guys, I am currently applying for Canadian universities
And I admit myself that I am not really an academically strong type of a student
But I really do plan on Life sciences in UBC, UofT, McGill, university of Waterloo, York
I would accept any if I am admitted in :frowning:

So, my point being is how competitive are those universities to get accepted?
I do not really have much of any prior informations about minimum requirements.

P.S My SAT is 1830, cumulative GPA 3.76
I do plan on AP exams on Bio,Chem,Calculus would that increase my chance of admittance?
I really am desperat guys pls do help me

Are you a sophomore, a junior, a senior?
Why are you so desperate to go to school in Canada, in regions as vastly different as Ontario and British Columbia?

I’m a senior. planning on undergrads.
hmm,for some reason, I only consider Canada my only option
Both of my brother being there and I’ve heard so much of the good sides I guess;;;

Are you American? You would need a MINIMUM of 2080 SAT for Life Sciences at McGill.

Life sciences is one of, if not the most, competitive majors at McGill. Like Tom said, you need a minimum 2080 SAT I, preferably higher with 680 on each section. You should also have 2 SAT IIs, one science SAT II and one math SAT II at 680 or higher as well. I’m fairly certain you also need an A- in your science courses and precalc to be considered as well. McGill is very numbers-driven. If you don’t meet these criteria, they most likely won’t even consider you.

Are you international? undocumented in the US?

UBC is interested in ECs, but it’s still going to be a stretch. And Toronto too…

Toronto: Reach
Waterloo: Match
York: Safety.

Catria u sure a York is a safe for me
cuz I’ve heard so much of York for Life Science for its notability wise;;

MYOS1634
I am an international applicant would that matter?

For York to actually be a safety, aim for 4s and 5s on Bio, Chem and Calculus BC…
