<p>Does it hurt your chances if several people from your same school are applying to the exact same very competitive college? I'm concerned because it seems like a self annihilation pool....opinions?</p>
<p>I read once about a bunch of qualified kids from one school applying for Bowdoin and only a few getting in, but that was a while ago if I remember what I read right.</p>
<p>Colleges are looking for geographical diversity, though, and same school means same state.</p>
