Is it worth doing? I'm very certain I didn't get above what I got last time in both sections, and I'm only a junior. If I don't cancel and have to take it again as a result, it will look bad on my transcript won't it? Will a score cancellation also look bad?

If you think you did that badly, then yes, go ahead and cancel. Remember, you only have until Wednesday to do it.

A score cancellation won't look bad because the colleges won't see it. It's erased from your record, or at least that score transcript that the College Board sends out.

I would advise taking the SAT only twice, thrice if you really think you'll do better, but definitely don't take it a fourth time. I think you should cancel and wait to take the new SAT, so you'll be able to take that one two times if you do badly. Some colleges won't accept the old one.
