<p>Blue & Gold officer emailed D saying they're still missing the above (which was supposed to come from her guidance counselor). Is it a form? Where does she get it from?</p>

<p>My Senior Advisor was in charge of this one. Who did you put down as the person for the USNA to email to complete this for you? Go back to your USNA admission and see who has not responded, and follow up with them.</p>
<p>Thanks for the response – we put down D’s GC, who swears she never got anything, but she’s been a little lacking in organizational skills and meeting deadlines (which is incredibly frustrating) so I wouldn’t be surprised if she deleted the email. She sent in the academic record and transcript, so I know she got USNA’s emails on that. I’ll follow up with her. Go Navy!</p>

<p>Call up admissions and have them re-send. I think I had to have the CAR resent about 4 times before my counselor got around to doing it.</p>
