<p>The Logging in Packet says to address our envelopes as Plebe Candidates for indoc, but on the website and the Parent's Association letter it says that we are candidates, and I agree with that. Anyone want to shed some light?</p>

<p>After they LOG IN, they are Candidates. (Basically, when they have their hair cut off and are bald)
AFTER Indoc, they become Plebe Candidates.
AFTER Acceptance(on Parents Weekend), they become Plebes.
AFTER Recognition, they become 4/c (4th Classmen).</p>
<p>(Buckle up, it's a wild and exciting ride... and that's just the Parents;)</p>
<p>As I recall, you are Candidates until the end of Indoc. Then you are Plebe Candidates until Acceptance day. After that you will be Plebes until the class is recognized and you become 4th class Midshipmen. Don't worry though, if you get it wrong, someone is bound to notice and call your attention to the error. :)</p>
