People call them fever blisters also ^^ FYI
So I have a really bad case of canker sores. There are 5 or 6 of them in my mouth and thats so painful. How do you cure canker sores? And the causes are unknown right? but my asian parents keep telling me because you eat too much spicy food, and I find that its true too. Recently I switched my milk from Lactaid to the Kroger or HEB kind and I dont have diarrhea anymore like the first time I drunk those. But I heard milk can also cause canker sores because I developed those around the same time I switched my milk? However, I've been drinking that kind of milk during the whole school year and havent experienced anything like this. Should I switch my milk back now?
