Can't change waiver response-Help Please

I accidentally selected No for the waiver response, when I wanted to select Yes. I deleted all of my invitation but 1 of my teachers submitted their letter of recommendation. I e-mailed Common App Support and was given this response

If any one of your school officials has submitted a form on your behalf, you will not be able to change your waiver response.

I tired to create a another account and was given this response

You can only create one First Year account and one Transfer account since the system will not allow duplicate accounts.

Now I want to send my Letter of Recommendation by mail, as my teachers have sent a hard copy to the guidance office. I also want to indicate to the college that I selected "Yes" when asked about my FERPA waiver. What do I do to remove the last Letter of recommendation on the common app that my teacher already submitted.

Contact the support team and they can assist you.

Do you mean to contact them at

appsupport@commonapp.net

if so, I have already e-mailed them numerous times, hence forth the quotes above.

can someone please suggest what i should do?

What I have heard, from our HS counselor, is that there is nothing you can do BUT that it’s not the end of the world. If you have a chance somewhere to explain it, go ahead. And don’t worry, it’s not all that unusual.

What should I do about my guidance counselor?

I am sending my letters of recommendation by mail, with a new FERPA agreement. Should I have my guidance counselor send in her grades online or by mail?

colleges prefer online information as much as possible as it links to your app automatically. If your GC can do online that is best way.

Okay so have my guidance counselor put the grades in online and send my transcripts in mail, with a NEW FERPA agreement, checking Yes???

The recommendation form I used was my schools, which doesn’t have a
IMPORTANT PRIVACY NOTICE, the FERPA agreement.

I was wondering if I should print and cut out the everything below TO THE TEACHER on the common app teacher form, seen here

https://www.commonapp.org/commonapp/Docs/DownloadForms/2012/2012TeacherEval1_download.pdf

and have my school registrar staple it above each recommendation?
So they know I said Yes to the FERPA agreement?
