<p>Is anyone else tired of the summer already? I remember when I used to hate school and love the summer....now I feel the exact opposite. I miss the people, friends, atmosphere, parties, football games, etc. and I am ready to go back now.</p>
<p>I don't get to move back in until August 15th(I got to Clemson btw) and it feels like it's so long away.
Don't get me wrong, I like being home and seeing my high school friends and all but I have recently been itching to get back on campus. </p>
<p>I just recently found out about these forums and signed up today. Seems like this place could have really helped me out last year when I had the same feelings of nervousness/excitement about starting college.</p>
<p>Anyway, just thought I'd share that I am really looking forward to going back. Am I the only one who is ready to go back already? It just seems odd that I am so ready for the summer to be over haha.</p>
<p>I know how you feel. The first 2 weeks must be exciting, first year of college completed, time to relax have fun, enjoy life. But after 2 months away you start to miss something that leers you back to school. I guess everything slows down when you are at home, but when you are in college, not a day goes by without you hoping for the last of school. It’s weird but I too yearn for school to start, and when it does, I also want it to end.</p>
<p>This is why I’m taking summer session for at least the second half of summer. My parents don’t really do anything special and I do miss the college scene a bit so the summer lets me do that without doing too much schoolwork.</p>
<p>Well, I’m not in college yet, but I am excited to take my first DE class, which starts two weeks before regular school. </p>
<p>My first college class experience. It should be interesting. I’ve heard it’s a good class. </p>
<p>I’m also a little excited to be starting my senior year of HS. I’m getting my college applications out of the way by two EA’s and one ED application. Can’t wait to get that finished either.</p>
<p>Yeah, I know I’ll hate school again about three months in, but whatever, my last year before college, might as well enjoy it.</p>
