CAP or ACC?

I got capped at UT Austin. I want to go there for sure, and so I’m deciding between going with the CAP at UTSA and dorming with friends vs. just going to ACC then transferring.
I’m in the top 10% of my high school class. And I’ve read about this: http://bealonghorn.utexas.edu/transfer/before/automatic-admission
but I’m not quite sure how it works. If anyone wants to shed light on the topic please do.

The pros of going to ACC:
-Austin
-Easier? From what I’ve heard.
-Save a lot of money

Cons:
-If I still can’t get accepted after completing credits, what will I do

The pros of going to UTSA:
-New experience with dorming and independence
-CAP (Auto-admit after 1 year if I get the minimum GPA and credits)

Cons:
-New experience with dorming and independence (I’m kind of really close to my parents and pets, I’m an only child and so new settings might distract me a bit)
-Expensive with costs of dorming, car, and everything

please help

I’d go with CAP since its guaranteed. I’ve heard acc is harder then utsa plus it’s a lot harder to transfer from acc then from a branch campus
