I will be attending Howard this fall. I have got a capstone scholarship. Does anyone know whether the scholarship cover a single dorm room? I need to fill my housing application. Is it only doubles?
the condition of the scholarship is on the form of agreement you sign and no it does not cover the cost of single occupancy
