<p>Anybody got their CAR request filled yet? And does anybody know if it's done on a first-come first-serve basis? I've been hearing different things regarding that. I called a few weeks ago about it, and they said it wasn't first-come, but based on availability. Not totally sure. I initially had an early request, but I recently had a change of heart and decided I really want to live in a residence hall my first year.</p>
