Care to chance an extremely anxious spring semester transfer? Please?

Hello, everyone! Currently I attend Elon University, but I am having to transfer next semester for financial and health reasons. I am applying to three different universities for spring semester transfer, and if I don't get into any of them, I will have to go to community college (which while there is nothing wrong that, I'd rather not).

I am applying to the following schools:
University of Maryland--Baltimore County
University of Delaware (which is where I REALLY want to go)
St. Mary's College of Maryland

Here are my stats:

HIGH SCHOOL

Attended a private, Catholic high school.
GPA: 4.02 Weighted
3.9 Unweighted
SAT: 1900 (580 M, 640 CR, 680 W)
Courses: I took 5 APs (passed them all) The rest of my classes were honors levels classes, as I was a member of my school's competitive honor program.

COLLEGE:

Standing: Freshman

Attending: Elon University

Major: Psychology and English, minor in Music. I entered as a music major, though, which is why my current course load has a lot of music courses.

Current GPA: 4.0 at midterm. I still have a 4.0, but of course the colleges I applied to will not be considering my final grades at this time.

Courses:
Intro to Sociology
Global Experience (Freshman Seminar Class--required by Elon)
Small Group Communications
Contemporary Health Issues
Marching Band
Flute Ensemble
Individual Flute Instruction

Extra-curricular/Volunteer Involvements:
Elon Volunteers! Lunch Buddies Mentor, 2011-present
Elon Volunteers! Adopt-a-Grandparent, 2011-present
Fire of the Carolinas Marching Band, 2011-present
Elon University Pep Band, 2011-present
Tau Beta Sigma (Honorary Band Society), 2011-present
Elon University Flute Ensemble, 2011-present

Other details: I am a Maryland resident, which I suppose will give me an edge for the in-state schools I applied to.
- I received credit for Environmental Science, English Language, English Lit, Psychology, and US Government, which means I entered college with 20 credits. I will end this semester with 37 credits, consequently.

I really appreciate you taking the time to chance me. I am extremely anxious and counting the days until I hear back from these colleges (which could be as soon as this week or as far away as January).

But really, thank you!

EDIT: I apologize for any grammatical errors within the text of my post. I cracked my tooth and am on Vicodin, so as you can imagine, I am "out of it." It took me like 5 minutes to even remember what classes I am taking this semester. haha

I hope you’ve been able to get accepted to the school of your choice. Can you tell me more about Elon? What do/did you like/not like? My D is looking to transfer and Elon is high on her list. We’re from a rural area. Elon is pretty suburban compared to where we live. D is currently in the big city and doesn’t like it. Loves the college town atmosphere at Elon. I’m looking to get all the 411 I can before she makes any final decisions. Do you know what the sports and event program is like?

Thanks & good luck to you.

Your stats look great and I’m very hopeful that you did get into all the schools you applied to, rgaines!

I’m currently in the process of applying to transfer colleges due to health reasons. Do you have any tips? How did you talk about your health reasons in you applications? Do you think your chances at admission were lowered due to your health reasons?
