Hi,
I am currently a high school senior and I plan on applying to Carnegie Mellon institute of technology as a regular decision. The deadline or Carnegie is January 1st and I want to take the SAT subjects tests on December 3rd. As soon as I register for the test, I will have my scores sent to Carnegie. Will it be too late then? Will Carnegie Mellon receive my scores in time? I was also told about having my scores rushed, does Carnegie accept rushed SAT scores?
Any advice would be much appreciated!

Not very knowledgable on this but I have taken an SAT II before. I got my score within 2-3 weeks, if I’m not mistaken. Not sure how long it takes Carnegie Mellon to get the scores from collegeboard but I’m sure you’d be alright. Maybe call up their admissions office and ask them about it.

I would look this up on their website. Most schools have specific information about this.

I tried to find this information on their website, but I couldn’t find it.

You are fine as long as you order the score report to be sent when you register. Scores will be sent to colleges beginning Dec. 22. You don’t need to pay for rush delivery service.
