Carnegie Mellon: requires either all SAT or all ACT scores, plus all subject test scores of those tests required for any of its colleges. See https://admission.enrollment.cmu.edu/pages/standardized-test-requirements. “You can withhold subject tests if applying to a college that does not require them.”
So, for example, lets say that I want to apply to Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper Business school. They require 2 sat subject tests, one math level 2 and any other test. I will take math level 2 later, but I did take the SAT subject physics exam and did extremely poor. Since CMU doesn’t require SAT subject physics exam, but it does have a policy of all scores, do I have to submit my SAT subject physics score? Because in the quote above it says you can withhold it if it doesn’t but some others are saying you have to submit so whats the right answer???
