Carnegie Mellon vs. Boston College

I need help. I have been accepted into Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper school for undergraduate business and Boston College’s Carroll School of Management. I love both schools but I can’t make this decision. I want to get a great job coming out of college, but I also want to have a good time. (Party, enjoy Boston/Pittsburgh, Study Abroad etc.) Which school would be best for me?

Additional Factors: I would play football at CMU. (The football guys showed me a good time on my official visit)

Hey pqp!!! Kenbo here with some awesome advice!!!111!!!1!!1 Follow your heart and the biddies!!! you sound like a pretty cool id to me so you gotta get it in ya know lolol!!! As long as there are *****es than youre in the clear!!! Good Luck!!

^Good Lord, what’s with the exclamations?

Both are good schools of comparable values. If you are science/computer/math oriented (data mining is big business), I’d choose CMU, but if you’re into the liberal arts/critical thinking, maybe BC.

Boston is pretty good place to intern when it comes to finance and business. I don’t know much about Pitts.

Lifestyle at BC revolves around sports, social party, and excursion into Boston. Fun stuff all around. I’m not familiar with CMU’s nightlife.

But honestly, you have two great options, go where you have to pay the least.

How’d you get into CMU already? Is it because of football?
