CARS account balance

<p>Since the housing application requires a $20 fee that is charged to the CARS account. Should I wait till I formally sumbit my SIR and SLR and all that stuff and put money in the account THEN submit housing app? or is it ok to be negative?</p>

<p>I paid for CalSO and the money is supposed to be taken out of my CARS account. So I guess it is normal to be negative?!?!?!?!</p>

<p>You need to do you SIR before you apply for housing.</p>
