Can first year students bring their cars to villanova?

No , unless there are exceptional circumstances. A student needs 60 credits to have parking permit on campus.

No, but if you have a job outside of campus, yes.

Brave Ulysses they actually changed that rule. Having 60 credits no longer makes you eligible to have a car on campus, you now need “Junior” standing.

Even if you have a job off campus, it’ll be difficult to get a parking pass for the full year. They make exceptions for people who only need a car for a few weeks at a time, but unless if you have some really severe extenuating circumstances that absolutely require you to have a car (Often times they will be ready to offer you rides to places like regular doctor visits in one of the public safety cars as opposed to giving you a parking pass, or tell you to use SEPTA).

There is barely enough parking for Juniors, Seniors and faculty as it is.
