Hey I am a prospective fall 2014 transfer student. I plan on majoring in economics and I have been looking at the course catalogues but the class enrollment is not stated. What the average class sizes are for upper level economics classes are at Cornell?

Please people! I have 2 days to decide cornell or not and I would really like having an actual idea of what the class size will be like before deciding

I am not an econ major nor have I taken any econ classes. This information is from looking at our student center for fall 2013 add/drop and how many seats were filled, and not everyone attends lecture.
3000-level classes had about 60-80 people in them.
4000-level classes ranged from about 20-100 people.

Also some (not many, but the big ones like Economics statistics) of the classes had discussion sessions which have around 20 people.
That’s about all I can tell you. Sorry.

No this was very helpful, thanks!
