Is there anyone else who applied to Case EA and has not heard yet? DS has checked online, nothing, and nothing in the mail.
Anyone rejected?

Spkemom, that is truly odd. Do you think that for some reason it didn't make the EA cut-off?

I agree it is truly odd. The Case application status stire says his materials were all received well in time. The admissions rep came to DS's school and I met her; DS attended an info session at a local hotel, also had an off-campus interview at another location in our area. The rep was VERY encouraging to DS. Unless I am really mistaken, Case is a real match for DS's credentials.I am beginning to think they misplaced the file or something - he has emailed but got an autoresponse that they are closed this week. Of course we will call tomorrow.

post some basic stats, its most likely they misplaced since case is not very selective.

no offense but that was kind of a silly thing to say

DS just got email and has been accepted, letter is on its way!

Spikemom, Congratulations! It's too bad you had to wait so long...and an email is an odd way to be notified. Perhaps something happened to his application.

Is he planning on going? What is he planning on studying?

Yes, the admissions rep sent the email and apologized, so I don't know what happened. (Other folks here on CC have said how disorganized they are at Case admissions)He likes Case but also will wait to hear from other schools, also hoping to hear on merit money from Case. He wants to study poli sci/pre-law

still haven't heard anything yet. i wonder what is taking them so long? spikemom, congratulations on S's acceptance.
