why have i not gotten any decision yet
Deferred as well. I wasn’t expecting this and frankly it really sucks to be deferred from my EA schools. 
My stats are as follows:
35 ACT
1510 SAT
3.98 GPA (Ultra-rigorous curriculum)
Great LORs
Great (Although risky) Essay
Eagle Scout
President of 2 Clubs
Varsity Swim, Club Volleyball
National Merit Semifinalist.
32 ACT, International student status. Deferred.
We received the same email. I believe it is a rejection.

Personal and Unique Essay (Thought it was good… still think it is good)
Showed a lot of demonstrated interest: Attended an Open House and did an Interview
Been in contact with my regional admissions officer, assistant director of Undergraduate Admissions and Dean of Undergraduate Admissions
Not making me feel better after getting rejected from JHU.
Accepted!!! So relieved!!!
33ACT 4.0 unweighted 22.5k
NO AP CLASS and minimum EC so I was extremely worried. Almost thought I would 100% get defer!!! I did try my best to show my interest in the school.
Accepted with 20k… This was one of our top choices…

My son deferred. SAT 1590, 4.71 wGPA, decent ecs, two-year consecutive AMC honor roll, piano competition awards… but Asian male. Also interviewed by alumni. English (and Math). Perhaps for yield protection. No idea honestly.

@siera19r - I am surprised too at your deferral. Did you apply for BS/MD ? They may have deferred you as with your stats you will get elsewhere and they did not want to waste a spot ?

A whole bunch of extracurriculars. I was really surprised honestly.
