I found some older threads about this but was wondering if things have changed. So specifically are cats still allowed in some dorms? If so, what is the climate like as far as getting to have your own cat? Is it so popular there are waiting lists or lotteries? Is it just cats or are other small animals allowed such as rabbits, ferrets, skunks, etc?
