We noticed that Penn had not received S's SAT scores. Went on college board site and saw that no report had been sent to Penn. Instead a report had been sent to a scholarship matching program that we never requested to receive scores. We have a confirming email from the college board stating that we had requested and paid for the scores to be sent to Penn. Called CB this moring and they stonewalled. Will not address the issue. Will get back to us in 24 - 48 hours. Refuse to contact Penn on our behalf. Told us the code for Penn in the email was wrong. But the email says "Univ of Penn". This was ordered more than 2 months ago. So not only did the scores we paid to be sent to Penn not get there, S's private information was disclosed to an unauthorized entity. This is a cautionary tale for all. Do not rely on the confirming email. Check your CB account to make sure the scores were sent to the correct place. CB has a foul-up and they want to cover-up.

Happened to me too. I feel your pain.

^ What was the result? We are still trying to get CB to take care of this. This is very frustrating. And I am very concerned about the privacy issues, since I can’t find any information on the entity to which CB erroneously sent S’s scores. Has anyone heard of “Employee Exchange Scholarship Program”?
