<p>Does anyone know if there’s a cap on credits that makes high-schoolers with a certain amount of college credits transfer applicants? </p>
<p>Also, how would OOS transfers compare to in-state transfers? (Does this matter a great deal?) </p>
<p>Is it more competitive to be OOS as a freshman applicant than a transfer applicant? </p>
