Yea your probably heard that before. I wish I was here when I was a freshmen and now I'm a Junior but kinda to late. But after joining this February, I saw my grades go from one A, a few Bs and a C to straight As. I don't know what it was but this site actually gave me motivation and its showing on my grades. Next quarter which is the final one, I'm shooting for even higher 90s to bring up my average to at least a 90+.

Has anyone else who was average go to great after being on the site?

Well, yes.
I had a 3.7 sophomore year and then, upon discovery of this site, really got my act together (it was a reality check, I s’pose) and pulled a 4.0 Junior year. I’m in my senior year and have a 4.0 with all honors and 4 APs. Thanks, CC! :)

My GPA dipped a little this year (I had a few absences in January - so it was difficult to get back up), but I don’t think CC was to blame for that.

I was barely passing most of my classes in middle school until I came upon this site and found out I really needed to pick up my grades. Didn’t make a B in high school and I’m graduating at the top of my class…thanks CC!

@olleger - Our siblings are…very different. My sister is failing out atm. Hopefully she can graduate on time if she makes up courses over the summer. >_<

I don’t think being on CC has affected my academic performance in any way. I’ve been putting 100% effort into school ever since day one of freshman year, and save from two somewhat crappy semesters (2nd semester sophomore year due to hospitalization, and 1st semester junior year due to transfer to ultra-competitive prep school and first year living away from parents), I’d say my grades have remained the same.

hahahaha CC has had the opposite effect on my grades…

but I’m not the type that’s very uptight about grades lol…

I went from being extremely uptight/nervous/concerned about grades didnt care about friends because school came first!! and getting in HYP zomgggg! -------> to becoming the opposite: extremely laidback and not giving a **** about it…and just hoping i can end up at a school i’ll be happy at :)

CC has opened a brand new world for me and has taught me to be modest.
At my old school, students regard the only person who went to Yale last year with 2200 SAT I as a God. But apparently there are too many Gods and Goddesses here and I have too much to learn from all of you.
