<p>ha ha yeah calculus was annoying...i got my only B in that class..but i knew the material...but my professor was a recent CAL graduate school grad who felt like challenging us. Ugh. My friends at school are good. It's a pretty funny group. We are all pretty bright...but we are average kids. My friend just got in to Stanford. Pretty cool. Everyone else is annoyed because they work their butts off and we just have fun...and we do just as good as them.</p>

<p>horay to your stanford-bound friend! kids at my school are pretty competitive. i mean, we don't like kill ourselves (well, i don't actually know that 4 sure, lol)... but if someone lay things off for a little bit, they'll fall behind. like the upcoming science fair, everyone wants 2 get 2 the state and stuff. haha. people are so funny. when i was really little, we learned about earthquakes and stuff, and for about 2 minutes i was convinced that the earth's core was made of candy. crazy teacher...</p>
<p>Ha ha...i thought it was made of candy. Yeah, it is competitive at my school because all the Lawrence Livermore Lab peoples' children go to my school. I am a relaxed person, but I always push myself to do my best. Yeah...my science fair project didn't work too well last year...but this year's one is. Last year I didn't have mine in time so I somehow became a judge for the area science fair. Ha ha you should have seen the look on my friends' faces when I had to judge their projects. Pretty funny. Wow...just got out of a hot shower...I love life.</p>

And when I go up to the States in April I'm probably meeting up with 2 of them that live in NJ.
Anway, I've definitely made some great friends on here, and when I go to college I'll meet them some time.
As for the internet.... hmmmm, internet people are dodgy! Don't really trust them.
Although, I've had this one off episode last year lol.</p>

<p>Oooh, yes I agree to an extent. Real life people are sketchy too lol. But I'm still very careful about online people; I've only met one person and that was a risk worth taking I think...I feel that CC is a lot safer than say, chatrooms, because for the most part we are honest about being HS/college students and if we are going to go to the same school, it's great to know each other beforehand!</p>
