CC to UCLA/UCS

Hi, I'm 26 and just registered to Mount San Antonio CC in Southern California. I finally realize the importance of a proper education. After years of accomplishing virtually nothing, I've decided it's time to go all-in.

I want to either get into UCLA Business Econ, or USC Finance & Business Econ Program, which im assuming is part of the Business Admin Major? please correct me if im wrong.

Anyways, i've found the coursework needed to apply to UCLA on 'Assist' so i can gear my classes towards their pre-reqs.

But i still can't find the pre-reqs to get into the USC program. Any help is much appreciated.

What kind of GPA would i need at my CC to be competitve and gain admission to either school?

You should ask this at your CCC. The transfer counselors there are likely to have answers. You also might like to re-post it here; [UC Transfers - College Confidential](UC Transfers - College Confidential Forums)

Type in “USC articulation agreements” on google and click on the first page. Find your school on the drop-down menu and it will show all classes that will transfer from Mt. Sac to USC. Also, type in “USC transfer admission requirements” and click on the “additional major requirements” link. It will take you to a page where details of what classes you should take to prepare for your major.

To be competitive at either school, I would say you should have around a 3.8+ preferably higher.
