CCC Transfer Student, What Are My Chances For The UC'S?

Hey all if you stopped on this post to chance me, thank you. I’m currently a second year student at a CCC Majoring In International Relations (AKA. International Affairs, Global Studies, USC calls this major International “Business”). I’ll list my stats below. Please don’t be afraid to be brutally honest, in fact I’d appreciate it. Oh also, I will be applying the fall of my third year due to my switching majors.

Places I will be applying:

-UC’S: LA. SD. SB. Irvine
-USC
-Occidental
-Pomona College (I know this is a near impossibility but it’s my dream school so…)
-GW University
-Fortham
-Cal Poly Slo

Stats:

-My expected gpa when I write my apps will be around a 3.2-3.3ish (for UC’S). For privates it will most likely be a 3.4. I know this is a low number but when I first came to school I had no idea what I was going to do so I fooled around a bit. I do have an upwards trend though.

-AA In psychology (like I mentioned above I did switch majors, and this was what I was studying before)

-AA in political science (that’s what IR falls under at my school)

EC’s:
-Student government (officer position for two consecutive years and on track to be re-elected)
-Original Member of a peer counciling program on campus
-founding member of Activie Minds, a mental health oriented club on campus
-Veteran member of the college’s Model United Nations team (1 1/2 semester(s) so far, have won 1 best delegate award)
-PR officer for MUN team
-Mental First Aid certified
-BACCHUS organization certified
-CPR & First aid certified
-Student member of Executive, Program Vialbility, Women’s Conference committees on school
-Member of Gamma Beta Phi (honors society)
-Volunteer for School
-Currently have over 700 volunteer hours in total
-2nd place winner of a world wide business competition
-co-founder of a tech company/app
-English language tutor for international students
-Worked and Barnes and noble + different departments on the school campus
-competed as a presentor for an advertising competition with my schools marketing team

Letters of Rec will be from my school’s chancellor and my Poli-Sci professor/MUN team advisor

Extras:

-I don’t know if this will matter but I have ADD. I got diagnosed in high school but I’m not registered into my schools disability program on campus because I wanted to prove that I could succeed without special treatment from my professors.

-As with every other college applicant in the world I’ve also had to deal with my fair share of crap while in school. Firstly I was incredibly depressed my first year of school due to a variety of private issues I don’t feel comfortable elaborating on. And second, this may be errelevant but, I’ve struggled with my weight as a kid and my first year of college I was struggling with a lot of health issues due to my weight. I’ve managed to get that into control and I’ve currently lost over 60 pounds.

If you got all the way down to this point, thank you! I know it was long. Anyways I look forward to seeing what everyone has to say.
