Hello all, so my dilemma is that I ordered my laptop AFTER orientation and after the initial confirmation email I have not heard anything from anyone. The payment hasn’t even gone through, as i have not seen the money taken out of my account either. I have tried calling the student store but they aren’t the best at calling back. Has this happened to any of y’all before? What should i do?
Payment will not go through until after you pick it up (which is what happened with us). Don’t worry about that.
Check in with the tech people on the lower level of the Student Bookstore after you move in on August 19-20, or during the following week before classes start.
