Celiac Disease- Gluten Free options

My D has Celiac disease and needs to eat gluten-free. Does anyone have an first hand experience with the dining hall gluten free options?

Thanks

The above PDF would suggest that a lot of the food they serve at the dining halls is gluten-free. I’ve eaten lots of the food on the gluten-free list (without knowing it was specifically gluten-free) and it’s all fine. None of it is four-star dining but it’s pretty good for what it is - dining hall food. It’s a pretty extensive list of entrees, salads, pizzas, etc., so basically if your daughter is careful, she should be able to find something gluten-free and that tastes good in the dining halls!

Know a senior at Umich who has been GF (celiac) since entering…has not had an issue at all…

Thanks so much for your reponses, glad to know Michigan is responding well to a growing health issue.
