Cell phones?

I'm looking for the best provider to sign up with in the Montreal area...

Heyy, I asked some ppl there who goes to McGill, and they said that the best one is Fido. Fido got the Fido to Fido for free plan, so if your friends are using Fido, then u can call them for free. She said that its really convient 'cus all her friends use Fido, so she saved lots of money. Just a recommandation 'cus i'm getting Fido as well.

bittersweet votes for rogers but i vote for fido. plus, if you refer a friend, you get $20 credit each. apparently, they're on the same network now so their signal strength should be the same

someone needs to take all the freshmen aside and tell them all to get either fido or rogers...we would save sooo much damn money since same company to same company is free..

anyway if i were u guys i would wait a couple of days till after all ur friends have got their cell phone..then decide on which company to get based on how many have of our friends have what..

last year i found that it was 50/50 with my friends...with fido and rogers...so no benefit for me really...altho i didnt realize after my free calling for 6 monthes were up i was calling my rogers friends a lot more since we had free calling to each other

but to be honest both rogers and fido are exactly the same thing....and they are both huge ripoffs...ur $25 plan will come to around $45 a month after tax, tarrifs, acess fee...

ya i have the $25 plan for free incoming calls from fido and it actually does end up being $45 a month and i didn't even subscribe for an answering machine. the package sucks, i have 100 day time minutes, 1000 weeknight and weekends and caller id....that's it!

yeh i have the exact same plan as crazychai, but with rogers..

there is virtually no difference and they are the same company afterall...if only they made rogers to fido free...(but then they wouldnt make as much money)
