<p>Is it required for all american colleges that i send this in? so far i've only gotten an email from JHU but I was wondering if it is really a requirement for all? Are there any other finance related forms that I should worry about for the following schools:</p>

<p>i am currently going through that same conondrum. It is the only way u will get your I-20 form to apply for the F-1 Visa. I have applied to Adelphi University and on the affidavit of support form it said this form must be submitted with the application or upon receipt of the acceptance letter. So i didn't send it as yet. However I am wondering if i just flushed my chances of getting financial aid down the drain.</p>
